I am the son of the Williams in 328. I spent the week here with my father while his wife has been out of town. I’ve always known the staff to be considerate and friendly, but this week I was able to see it from a closer and longer perspective. Each day I’ve observed your folks going out of their way to be kind and helpful. They smile a lot, and it is clear they care about the people who live here. I’m talking about everyone, and I wish I knew more of their names. I will point out Carnell in the dining hall, Heather and Virginia on the floor staff, and Serena at the front desk for well-deserved kudos. Each of them has taken extra time and paid kind and heartfelt attention to my father this week. The facility runs well and is always clean and attractive. It’s the people, though, that stand out for Grand Village. Please convey my appreciation and heartfelt applause for their efforts. My family appreciates being able to relax knowing they are in a safe, welcoming place.
