Is there a buy-in fee to move in?

No. There is no buy-in fee to move into our community.

What does “all-inclusive” mean?

At Grand Village, all of your meals and services are included in your monthly rent, allowing you to live your life free of your wallet and checkbook.

Do you offer a health care or nursing component at your facility?

No. Grand Village is an independent living community, meaning we do not provide health care to our residents. The community does however have an onsite home care company and Collier Drug Store pharmacy that residents may work with directly.
